    Stand Alone Counter (no server side) :: Download Source Code
    This counter need no server side (totaly autonomous). It is very usefull if your provider has no CGI counter. It display the last access time and log the connections to your site (hostname, os type, java vendor etc..) It is an example of a persitent applet which is using a class FtpFileMng.class. This class writes files on your server by using FTP (in passive mode to deal with the browser security manager).
